Privacy Policy
How the personal data collected through an enquiry is handled.
Effective from 2026-10-14
Information we collect
We collect the following through the enquiry forms on this website (group travel enquiry, golf booking enquiry and B2B quotation request); each form asks only for the items that apply to it. We ask for your consent to its collection and use before an enquiry is sent, and the enquiry is not sent without that consent.
- Contact person’s name
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Messenger ID (WeChat, LINE or KakaoTalk — asked for on the golf booking enquiry and the B2B quotation request)
- Group or company name
- Group type
- Travel dates (outbound and return; the round date for a golf booking enquiry)
- Number of people
- Travel details (means of transport and notes about it, preferred golf course, preferred tee-off time, purpose of the trip, services needed)
- Requests you write in the enquiry yourself
- The language the enquiry was submitted in
- Notes left by our staff during the consultation
Information we do not collect
We do not collect resident registration numbers, dates of birth, postal addresses or account credentials (ID and password). This site has no membership registration and no payment function.
Purpose of use
We use the information we collect only to respond to an enquiry (group travel enquiry, golf booking enquiry or B2B quotation request), to advise on itineraries and quotations (including emailing you documents such as quotations and booking confirmations), and to contact you in the course of doing so. We do not use it for any other purpose.
Retention and destruction
Once the consultation and advice for an enquiry are complete and the purpose of collection has been achieved, we destroy the information without delay. Where another statute requires retention, we keep it for the period that statute prescribes and then destroy it.
Destruction is carried out by deleting the record from the database.
Provision to third parties
We do not provide the personal data we collect to third parties. This does not apply where there is a statutory basis, or where an investigative authority requests it in accordance with the procedures and methods prescribed by statute.
Processing entrusted to others, and processing outside Korea
We use the infrastructure of the operators below to run the service. They store or process data on the company’s instructions only and do not use it for their own purposes.
- Supabase — database storage of enquiry content. The data is stored in the Amazon Web Services Seoul region (ap-northeast-2).
- Vercel — running the website and handling the enquiry form. The processing servers are in the United States (Washington, D.C., iad1), and an enquiry passes through them on its way to the database above.
- Resend — sending documents such as quotations by email. The overseas transfer is described below under “Overseas transfer of personal data — email delivery (Resend)”.
- Anthropic — translating the text of a document when it is prepared in the customer’s language. The overseas transfer is described below under “Overseas transfer of personal data — document translation (Anthropic)”.
Overseas transfer of personal data — email delivery (Resend)
To email you documents such as quotations, we entrust the processing and storage of personal data abroad as set out below. This is processing and storage needed to consult on your trip and to send quotation and booking information — that is, to conclude and perform a contract with you — and under Article 28-8(1)(iii) of the Personal Information Protection Act we disclose the matters in Article 28-8(2) in this policy.
- Recipient: Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend) — 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA · Contact: privacy@resend.com
- Personal data transferred: the recipient’s email address, the email body, and the attached quotation PDF with what it states (group name, contact person’s name, telephone number, travel dates, number of people and the quotation)
- Country: the United States. Resend stores message content and delivery records in the United States. Emails go out through Resend’s Tokyo sending region (ap-northeast-1); the sending region has nothing to do with where data is stored.
- When and how: when our staff email an issued quotation, through the Resend API over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
- Purpose of use: sending documents such as quotations by email
- Retention: Resend keeps emails and delivery records for 30 days and then deletes them; backups are kept for 7 days.
- How to refuse: if you do not want to receive documents by email, tell the staff member handling your enquiry or the privacy officer below. We will delete the email address on your enquiry and will not send you anything by email. If you do not want this from the start, you can enquire by telephone instead of using a form.
- Effect of refusal: you will not be able to receive quotations, booking confirmations and similar documents by email, which limits how you can receive quotation and booking information and may make it difficult to proceed with a booking.
Overseas transfer of personal data — document translation (Anthropic)
To prepare documents such as quotations in your language (English, Japanese or Chinese), we entrust the translation of document text abroad as set out below. This too is processing needed to conclude and perform a contract with you, and under Article 28-8(1)(iii) of the Personal Information Protection Act we disclose the matters in Article 28-8(2) in this policy.
- Recipient: Anthropic, PBC — 548 Market St, PMB 90375, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA · Contact: privacy@anthropic.com
- Personal data transferred: the sentences our staff write for a document (items included and excluded, items paid on site, notices, and item descriptions and notes). The customer details on the document (group name, name, telephone number) and amounts, dates and numbers of people are not sent.
- Country: the United States (storage). Processing may take place in select countries in the United States, Europe, Asia and Australia chosen by Anthropic.
- When and how: when our staff check the translation before issuing a document in English, Japanese or Chinese, through the Anthropic API over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Korean documents are not sent.
- Purpose of use: translating the text of documents
- Retention: Anthropic deletes what it receives and the translation within 30 days. If a breach of Anthropic’s usage policy is detected it may keep them for up to 2 years, and for as long as the law requires where that applies.
- How to refuse: if you do not want translation, tell the staff member handling your enquiry or the privacy officer below. We will issue the document in Korean without translation.
- Effect of refusal: you will receive documents such as quotations in Korean only.
Security measures
- Enquiry content can be read only by administrators with permission, and that permission is checked at the database level (Row Level Security).
- The admin screens open only to a signed-in administrator, and permission is checked again on every request.
- All communication between the website and the database uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
- Enquiry content is not written to server logs.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of an enquiry you submitted, or ask us to stop processing it. Contact us at the details below and we will act without delay.
