If you are playing a self round at Ecoland, the order is simple. Arrive 30 minutes before tee-off and drop your golf bag at the entrance, fill out the registration form at the front desk and receive a locker card, then change and head to the start plaza by 15 minutes before tee-off. From Arrival to the Start Plaza: Two Times to Keep in Mind
There are two times to remember: arrival 30 minutes before tee-off, and arrival at the start plaza 15 minutes before tee-off.
When you arrive, drop your golf bag at the entrance. Next, fill out the registration form at the front desk and receive a locker card. Once you have changed, move to the start plaza by 15 minutes before tee-off.
These 30 minutes are not for travel but for check-in and changing. When setting the time you leave the airport or your accommodation, it is safer to set these 30 minutes aside separately as time that comes after arrival.

Shoes: Rubber Spikes Required
Ecoland requires rubber-spike golf shoes in order to protect the greens. This is a condition specified in Ecoland's procedures, and it cannot be assumed that other golf courses have the same rule.
If even one person in your group brings shoes that do not meet the condition, you will lose time in front of the entrance. If you are travelling as a group, it is better to check with each person once before you set out.

What Self Teams Do Themselves: Cart Inspection and Signature
Self teams check the condition of the electric cart they will be driving themselves and sign for it. The signature is not a formality but a record that the condition was checked before departure, so the correct order is to actually look over the cart before signing.
When the round ends, the self team puts away their own clubs. When returning the cart, a marshal checks the cart's condition. In other words, the cart goes through two checks, one before departure and one after.
Deciding in advance within the team who will drive the cart and who will handle the inspection and signature reduces confusion right before departure.
After the Round: Golf Bag Pickup
After finishing the round and putting away your clubs, present the golf bag exchange ticket to the staff at the entrance. Once the staff member has checked it, you receive your golf bag.
Since pickup only proceeds if you have the exchange ticket, it is a good idea to decide where to keep the ticket you were given so that you do not lose it during the round. If you need to load your group's bags all at once, sort out in advance who is holding the exchange tickets.
